Acorns Bake Sale

Meet and support the newest parents and carers from the Little and Big Acorns to Topsham School and help them raise funds for the Foundation Stage Unit on Friday 26th April 2024.  The Bake Sale is held at 3:30pm at the front of the school. Treat yourselves to a bun or cupcake, Vegans are catered for too just ask. So bring a box and take a couple of them for your tea!

How can you help?
Let your PTA year rep know that you can be on hand for 30 mins for selling cakes and clearing up and counting funds afterwards. Or you can bake fairy cakes, buns, flapjacks, make chocolate crispies, make fruit sticks, prepare vegan friendly goods…. or just buy them and add a few sprinkles of your own to customise! It all helps. All funds from your year group sales goes directly to your years class. So if you want more books, or particular equipment you can make that happen.

What to make?
Well if its halloween, anything scary is great! Cakes like eyeballs, yep you name it! Easter, stick a chocolate egg on top! It’s too hot for cakes, well even a few fruit sticks is refreshing. Remember parents like yummy treats too. Bring your donations in a tupperware / box, label with your name on the morning of the sale or 10 mins before the sale. You can collect boxes after the weekend from the reception where we stash all cake boxes afterwards so no need to hang around on a Friday.
